Beef is one of my favorite ingredients, and I cook it every now and then. The diced beef I made today is a perfect match for rice. Unknowingly, I ate another bowl of rice. . .

Cut the beef into cubes, marinate with cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, a little cornstarch, a little baking soda, and a little vegetable oil for 15 minutes.

While marinating, prepare the side dishes. Dice the onion, cut the pepper into pepper rings, and chop the ginger and garlic.

Put vegetable oil in the pot, turn up the heat, add the marinated diced beef, and stir-fry quickly. Fry until the beef changes color and set aside.

Put vegetable oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the diced onions and stir-fry until the onions turn translucent.

Add green and red pepper rings and stir-fry.

Add the fried diced beef and stir-fry evenly, add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry quickly and serve.
