Separate egg whites and yolks

Mix egg yolks + sugar + 1 whole egg liquid (forgot to beat the eggs)

Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix evenly (do not mix too hard as gluten will develop)

Add vegetable oil and mix well to form egg yolk paste and set aside

Add a little vanilla essential oil to egg whites, beat 30 grams of sugar until dry and foamy

Add the meringue into the egg yolk batter in batches and mix evenly

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and brush with a layer of oil

Scoop a spoonful of batter into it

Pour a spoonful of batter into it, cover the pot and fry slowly over low heat

When the bottom of the cake is ready to be flipped, scoop another three molecules of batter onto the top of the cake, and then turn it over immediately
