Stir-fried beef with farm dishes

Today I picked some white melons and peppers from the field and put together another meal. Added beef slices, crispy and delicious.

Cut the beef into thin slices, add 1/3 tsp of soda ash, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp of sugar, and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Marinate until it feels sticky. Add 2 tbsp of water and then add corn starch to evenly spread. Store in a dense box overnight;

Stir-fried beef slices over medium heat until almost done, set aside;

Return the pot to heat, add oil, add 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 tsp minced ginger;

Add red pepper slices and green pepper slices, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, turn over a few times, and sauté until fragrant;

Pour in the white melon slices and onions, add 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, stir-fry quickly until cooked through;

Pour in the beef slices, add the cooking wine, stir for a few times, stop the heat and remove from the pot.
