Overview

As for beans and vegetables, I personally like to eat cowpeas. I often buy some when I go shopping. The simplest way to eat them is to directly pour them into water and mix them. On the one hand, it is convenient and quick, and on the other hand, the nutrients will not be lost. It is one of the first things to eat as a side dish in the morning.

  1. Break the cowpeas into sections of about 5cm and wash them with clean water
