Apple Beef
Overview
[Apple Beef] Sour, sweet and just right. I prepare lunch for my daughter early every day and make it differently every day. My daughter's taste is a bit like her father's, she doesn't like sweet food very much, and the same goes for cooking. I have eaten too much sweet and sour dishes recently, and the little girl is a little tired of it. Today I stir-fry this dish with beef, dried fruits and apples. I don’t use much tomato sauce. It’s not as sour and sweet as usual. It tastes okay and I ate a lot. It’s just that there are a little too many ingredients and the main character feels too little.
