Prepare ingredients.

Remove the bones from the chicken wings.

Wash the chicken wings, add salt, sugar, starch, steamed fish soy sauce and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Chop the mushrooms, green onions, and pork.

Add oil to the pot, add dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pork, chives, and mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the rice and stir-fry, pressing repeatedly, until the rice feels dry and slightly browned as well.
