Healthy and delicious salmon and vegetable claypot rice with fish roe

Overview

I've been reading a lot of claypot rice recipes recently and I thought it was healthy, convenient, hassle-free, and tasted pretty good, so I came up with this recipe. There is basically no oil, and salmon and fish roe are rich in nutrients. The steamed rice absorbs the aroma of the vegetables and becomes delicious!

  1. Prepare vegetables

  2. Slice and dice, preferably steamed

  3. When the rice is about halfway cooked and there is no more water, add the ingredients, including salt, pepper, sesame oil and some soy sauce

  4. Add the salmon and add some salt and pepper (fresh salmon is delicious without too much seasoning

  5. Steam the rice and simmer it for a while. It will be ready in about 8-10 minutes

  6. Top with fish roe and ready to enjoy!
