Fish Skin Jiao is a Shunde snack famous in southern Guangdong. It is tender, smooth and refreshing. It can be steamed, fried, baked or put into soup. It is very delicious. Here, I used olive oil with garlic, ginger, pepper, coriander and green onion as condiments. It tastes more prominent with the fresh aroma of ginger and garlic. It is delicious when mixed with Fish Skin Jiao, and it has a special taste!
