Potato, Anchovies and Shrimp Balls
Overview
Potato, also known as potato, is a vegetable that can be used both as a grain and a vegetable. It is rich in nutrients and is easy to be digested and absorbed by the human body. Therefore, it is considered the second bread in Europe and the United States. Potatoes can be used as a substitute for meals and can help you lose weight, but the potatoes will be very high in calories when put on oil paper, so I used an air fryer to fry them without oil. The shrimp balls are cute in appearance, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and eaten with tomato sauce. They have low calories and are healthier.
