Potato braised rice
Overview
If I want to sleep in in the morning, I use a stew beaker to prepare breakfast for the next day before I go to bed at night. I put rice and vegetables in it and I have something to eat when I get up early

Soak the rice in boiling water, cut the tenderloin into small dices, marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and pepper, a small amount of starch, dice the carrots and potatoes, and prepare the corn kernels

Pour boiling water into the stew beaker and cover it to keep warm

Heat some oil in a wok until slightly hot, add in diced tenderloin and stir-fry

Fry until raw

Pour out the boiling water in the stew beaker until it is hot and put the fried vegetables into it

Put the rice in and pour in freshly boiled water to cover the rice

Quickly close the sealing cap and tighten the exhaust

Tighten the outer cover and you can move freely
