It’s been a long, long, long time… I haven’t posted my delicious food! ! I was very busy some time ago, so I basically didn’t open the fire, so I haven’t come to Meitian to have a look. I wonder if everyone is okay? Have you forgotten me~😜 I finally had some free time and made a cheese chiffon to try today!

Prepare materials.

Melt cream cheese with butter, milk and water.

After drying, add 3 egg yolks.

Add 2 times sifted flour and cornstarch.

Mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until foamy, then add 1/3 of the sugar.

Add remaining sugar in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form.

Fold the egg whites into the mayonnaise in 3 batches.

Mix the two thoroughly, pour into a 6-inch mold, and bake at 145 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Take it out and shake out the moisture, then turn it upside down to dry.
