Red lucky fish and Greedy Gold are native to Lake Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyzstan, and have very strict requirements on water quality. Wash and cut the red lucky fish bought from Greedy Cat to control the water content (cut into small-inch pieces).

Add a small amount of oil to a frying spoon, heat the fish, dip it in the egg liquid and fry until both sides are slightly brown, then remove and set aside.

Prepare all seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant.
