Braised chicken wings

I like to eat chicken wings, fried, braised, roasted, stewed, etc. I like to cook them any way.

Prepare materials;

Chop the chicken wings into pieces, add a small amount of salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and a little pepper, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes;

Cut the red pepper into diamond-shaped slices; cut the ginger into small slices; slice the garlic; mince the shallot;

Heat more oil in the pot, add chicken wings and fry until golden brown, remove and drain;

Leave oil in the pot, add garlic slices, ginger slices and scallions and stir-fry until fragrant;

Pour in the chicken wings and stir-fry evenly, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, vinegar, sugar and braised soy sauce to stir-fry the chicken wings until brown;

Add half a bowl of water and cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until the juice is reduced;

After the juice is reduced, add red pepper slices and stir-fry evenly
