Ingredients: Cut carrots into hob cubes, cut potatoes into cubes, celery blade, garlic, ginger slices for later use, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and rock sugar;

Cut duck meat into pieces and marinate with cooking wine, rice vinegar, five-spice powder and pepper for half an hour;
