Prepare ingredients, cut beans into sections, cabbage into cubes, wash fish and shrimp and set aside.

Chop the onions, pat the lemongrass, and set aside the coconut milk and curry ingredients.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a hot pan, add chopped onion and lemongrass and sauté until fragrant, add curry ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant, add beans and cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute, add water and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes. (Add water to cover the vegetables)
