Fried rice with olives, vegetables and eggs

For leftover rice, add an egg, a chopstick of olives, stir-fry and it’s a complete meal

Mince the garlic and slice it first

Before the garlic slices become minced

Mix eggs, minced garlic, fried rice (bought in supermarkets, with the same seasoning as instant noodles) and set aside. Add olives to the rice and set aside

Heat the pot, add oil to heat, add the egg liquid, stir into pieces with chopsticks

Crush the eggs and set aside

Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat

Add rice and stir-fry over low heat

Stir-fry until thoroughly stir-fried over medium-low heat

Add chopped eggs

Stir well

Add fried rice
-
Add fried rice vegetarian close-up

Stir well, stir-fry thoroughly, and separate the rice grains

Take out of the pot
