Spicy Fatty Sausage Pot
Overview
I like to eat fatty intestines, and I like the spicy ones. I only ate it for two people today, and it was a little less cooked. It was very satisfying

Ingredients
Steps
-
Fresh large intestine (the one I bought today is the large intestine head)
-
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring it to a boil, add the large intestine, and pour in a little cooking wine and salt. Cook for five minutes (if you like it softer, you can cook it longer)
-
Wash and cut the side dishes
-
Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add green onions, ginger slices and peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, then add bean paste
-
Stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant, then pour in the large intestine, then add dried chili peppers, star anise, bay leaves, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, salt and cooking wine, and stir-fry evenly
-
Pour in water that covers the large intestine and bring to a boil
-
Transfer to a casserole and cook over low heat
-
When the water is almost dry, add the side vegetables (celery, green and red peppers), turn off the heat, cover and simmer for a while
-
Take out of the pot
