Soybeans with Tomato Sauce
Overview
Since last night, it has been raining heavily in Shenyang. My baby's kindergarten has a day off. I don't have to go out. I can spend time with the girl, watch the rain, and cook some delicious food. It's a really pleasant time! I made a different kind of soybean today and used tomato sauce to make the sauce. It tastes really good!

Clean the soybeans, soak them in water overnight, and then rinse them with water several times and drain them.

Chop onion and garlic into mince.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add soybeans and stir-fry, add seasonings (soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt) and stir-fry together.

Add tomato paste, a little sugar, add some water and simmer for five minutes.
