  1. Soak about 20 grams of glutinous rice overnight in advance.

  2. Saute black sesame seeds in a pan until fragrant

  3. Crush the fried sesame seeds

  4. Pour the crushed black sesame seeds into a bowl, then add the powdered sugar and mix well

  5. Pour in appropriate amount of peanut oil and stir

  7. Prepare water-milled glutinous rice flour and corn starch

  8. Pour the portion into the basin and stir evenly

  9. Knead the dough with warm water

  10. Knead into a dough of moderate hardness
