Summer is hot and I like something light. This vegetarian bun is great with porridge! The method is also very simple!

-
Knead the dough, stir the dough evenly, knead frequently to make the dough smooth, and then ferment at room temperature.
-
Prepare the filling, chop the ingredients and put them into a small basin.
-
Add the seasonings in 3 and stir evenly.
-
Place the fermented dough on a chopping board to deflate.
-
Divide into about 14 portions, each about 27 grams.
-
Press your palms flat, press a few more times, and you won’t need to roll out the dough.
-
Wrap in the filling, hold the filling with one hand, and pinch the pleats with the other hand.
-
Close the mouth and a small bun is ready.
-
Line the finished buns with oiled paper, put them into a steamer for secondary fermentation for about 20 minutes, start steaming, start with high heat, paint them, then turn to medium heat for about 7 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes, and they're ready!
