Corn Flour Vinegar Porridge
Overview
The porridge that can prevent colds contains many side dishes and vinegar. I have been drinking this porridge since I can remember. At that time, for winter dinner, my mother would often cook a large pot, and everyone in the family would drink several large bowls of it. The porridge contained vegetables, peanuts, soybeans, tofu, and occasionally a few pieces of meat. My brother and I often got into arguments over whose bowl had more soybeans and peanuts, and we rushed to drink quickly. Come to think of it, we really rarely caught colds at that time. After finishing the porridge, I often sweat, and the cold is dissipated.
