Matcha Almond Cake
Overview
I really like the light bitterness and aftertaste of matcha. In order to save trouble, Fatty directly made a large cake with matcha powder and almonds in it, which gave a faint tea aroma in your mouth.

Chop the almonds and set aside.

Place eggs, corn oil and powdered sugar in a container.

Sift together the matcha powder, flour and baking powder into the egg mixture.

Use a spatula to cut and mix evenly.

Add chopped almonds.

Pour the cake liquid into the mold and shake it a few times to release the air bubbles in the cake liquid.

Top with some large almonds.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Place in the middle and lower racks of the grill, turn the heat up and down, and bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
