Mix all ingredients together except butter.

Knead it into a thick film, add butter and knead until it expands, then put it in a warm place for basic fermentation.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size, take it out and press to deflate, divide into 6 equal parts, roll into balls and rest for 10 minutes.

Take one and roll it into a rectangular shape, thin the bottom edge, roll it up from top to bottom, and roll it slightly to make it longer.

Pour into an eight-inch square plate and place in a warm place for secondary fermentation.

Ferment twice until doubled in size.

Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with appropriate amount of almond slices, and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Remove baking sheet.

Dry on a wire rack until lukewarm and store in a sealed container.
