Blanch the kelp shreds in boiling water.

Wash with cool water.

Heat oil in a pot and add appropriate amount of onion, ginger, chili noodles and salt.

After the onions and ginger are cooked, add some sesame seeds.

Put the washed kelp shreds into the pot, and add an appropriate amount of fresh and mature vinegar.

Stir evenly and add coriander. If you don't like it, you can leave it out.

Just put it on the plate and the spicy and sour kelp shreds are finished.
