Water spinach with soy sauce
Overview
Every time I go to the vegetable market, I see a dark green vegetable with hollow roots. This is water spinach. Water spinach is not only fresh and delicious, but also very nutritious and has certain therapeutic effects of clearing away heat and diuresis.

Wash and cut water spinach into sections, control water and set aside
