Homemade jelly
Overview
I have always liked eating jelly, but I didn’t know how to make it. When I was making jelly by chance, I discovered that this is how the jelly is made. It is really a joy to be able to eat delicious and reliable jelly so easily. I can eat it more often this summer!

Prepare 50 grams of white jelly

Add appropriate amount of water to dissolve

Place water in a small pot and heat

After boiling, add the white jelly liquid

Stir constantly until completely dissolved

Leave to cool

It will solidify if refrigerated for more than two hours

When poured out, it feels very crystal clear

Cut some cucumber shreds, and cut the jelly into thin strips. I don’t have a scraping tool at home, which is very useful

Add minced garlic

Add various seasonings, mix well, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
