BBQ mixed vegetables
Overview
When you come to our Northeast, barbecue is a must-try. In the barbecue shop, a plate of grilled lettuce, grilled leeks, grilled vegetable rolls, grilled enoki mushrooms and other grilled dishes are small in quantity and high in price. Once the plate is served, it will be gone if one person can't hold it with chopsticks. It's better to make it at home, it's economical and tastes good.

Slice the sausage, wash and slice the mushrooms, and cut the dried tofu into wider slices.

Chop the onion and ginger, and prepare the barbecue seasoning (a mixture of cumin, chili powder, sesame seeds, MSG, and salt).

Wash the green vegetables and control the water.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add sausage and saute until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and saute until fragrant.

Add dry tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Put down various vegetables.

Stir-fry the green vegetables and stir well.

Add BBQ seasoning.

Stir fry for a minute or two and remove from the pan.
