Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice carrots.
-
Pick and wash snow peas. (My husband said I can put the snow peas grown in my yard for free. 😄)
-
Soak the fungus in hair and wash it.
-
Finely mince garlic.
-
Wrap the remaining meat filling in wontons.
-
Fry the meat filling until golden brown on both sides.
-
Cut into small pieces. (I was too lazy to share it directly in the pot.)
-
Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
-
Add carrots and fry.
-
Add the fungus and stir-fry, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
-
Add snow peas and fry.
-
Fry until the snow peas change color slightly, add the meat patties and fry.
-
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. (My family likes oyster sauce for seasoning. If you don’t like oyster sauce, you can also add salt and chicken powder.)
-
Fry until the snow peas turn green. (Snow peas can be eaten raw, so there is no need to worry about being poisoned if they are not cooked well.)
-
Simple and quick dish.
