Beef stew with white radish
Overview
The beef sold at local vegetable stalls is generally more cooked, as is the mutton. Sometimes it’s good to buy a piece and add your favorite vegetables to stew it. For example, beef stew in a casserole, with some radishes, potatoes, and green vegetable vermicelli, is also a quick and easy dish.
