Shredded lentils with garlic oil

There are many ways to eat lentils, especially mixing them. The method is simple. Just prepare the seasoning according to your favorite taste, cut the lentils into your favorite shape, blanch them, mix well and enjoy.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: wide lentils, garlic

Cut the washed lentils into shreds and dice the garlic.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt. Add shredded lentils. Blanch for about 3 minutes until cooked.

Take it out and put it in a basin, add appropriate amount of salt and MSG.

After mixing well, marinate for 10 minutes to add flavor.

Put oil in the pot, when it is 50% hot, add garlic. Stir-fry over low heat until the garlic is slightly brown.

Transfer to a bowl and let cool.

Add oyster sauce.
