Remove the leaves from the water spinach, leaving only the stems and wash them for later use. The removed leaves can also be fried in a single dish.

Chop the garlic into fine pieces, flatten the green and red bell peppers with a knife and cut them into long sections

Sprinkle some salt on the water spinach stems and marinate for five minutes (the water spinach stems will be crisper if marinated with salt)

Marinate for five minutes, squeeze out the water from the water spinach with your hands, then wash a piece with water to remove the salt
