Prepare the raw materials, wash the rice and soak it in water.

Cut the vegetables into thick slices

Boil some salt in boiling water.

Bring the soaked rice to a boil, then turn to low heat.

When there is almost no water left, put the sausage on top, turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Steamed fish with soy sauce, minced chives and sesame oil mixed with sauce

After 5 minutes, add the vegetables, pour in the prepared juice, turn on low heat for 1 minute, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve to the table and eat.
