Prepare the raw materials and soak the tofu in boiling water for a few minutes;

Chop the Pixian tofu sauce into small pieces;

Stir-fry the Sichuan peppercorns over low heat;

Crush the fragrant Sichuan peppercorns into powder with a rolling pin;

Add salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and other seasonings to the beef filling, stir them evenly and set aside;

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant;

Then add bean paste and chili powder; stir-fry until the red oil comes out;

Then add the freshly marinated beef fillings and stir-fry;

Stir-fry until the color of the beef filling changes, then add an appropriate amount of broth or water;

Add the cut tofu cubes and cook for two minutes;

Then add seasonings such as salt and pepper;

Add appropriate amount of water starch in batches to thicken;

Drizzle some sesame oil before serving;

Put it into a bowl and sprinkle some chopped green onion on the surface.
