Shrimp Pot Stickers

My daughter loves fried dumplings, so she was inspired by the pot stickers and modified them!

Shrimp, meat filling, corn, dumpling skin, onion and ginger water

Peel the shrimp and slice it open from the back, leaving a little connection!

The dumpling filling is the same as usual, just mix the onion, ginger, water and corn kernels together!

Marinate the shrimp meat with salt and egg white for a while!

Place the sliced shrimp meat back up on the dumpling wrapper!

Don’t put too much meat filling!

Lift the middle part and pinch!

Heat the pan and add oil. Place the dumplings in the pan without being too close to each other. Pour in a small bowl of boiling water!

Cover the pot and fry over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat and continue frying until the bottom is golden brown!

The golden shrimp pot stickers are ready!
