Fried Pork Liver
Overview
I have been obsessed with growing vegetables lately, and my hard work has paid off. They all sprouted finally. The hot weather makes me lose my appetite. I bought a bunch of ingredients and didn’t know where to start. I didn’t particularly want to eat this, so I bought it and had to eat it on the same day, so I made a stir-fry, and it was a great meal

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a piece of fresh pork liver and wash away the blood
-
Cut in half and cut into even, slightly thicker slices
-
Prepare an appropriate amount of water starch; just mix water and starch
-
Put the cut pork liver slices into a deep bowl, add a spoonful of cooking wine, an egg, an appropriate amount of water starch and a spoonful of oil
-
Stir evenly and marinate for a while
-
Garlic and ginger slices
-
Cut green and red peppers into small pieces. This is actually for those who don’t like spicy food. I want to buy non-spicy bell peppers. Anyway, I think spicy ones are delicious
-
Take another small bowl and add: add half a spoonful of light soy sauce, a small amount of sugar, half a spoonful of cooking wine, and half a spoonful of cooking oil and mix well
-
Add oil to the pot, add the pork liver and let it cook for about three to four minutes
-
Re-wash the pan, add oil, add sliced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
-
Then there are green and red pepper slices [I like spicy food, so I put some spicy dried chili]
-
Quickly fry the pork liver slices in oil
-
Add the previously prepared sauce and keep it on high throughout [the sauce is salty, so no need to add salt]
-
When the juice is almost done, pour in the water starch
-
Ready to serve
-
A super appetizing dish. Not only does it have no fishy smell, it also goes well with rice

I’m going to make some braised pork liver in a few days. This thing must be good for your health

The best state is to be content with the situation, not impatient when things happen, to be able to stay calm when you should have a backbone, and to stay calm and silent when not; to love people, to care about people, to worry about people, but not to pester them; to be thoughtful, ideal, rational, humorous, and dare to laugh at oneself; to be willing to put down your body for the people you love, to have the enthusiasm and motivation to learn, to make progress every day, but no longer expect praise from others
