Stir-fried Green Cabbage
Overview
My favorite home-cooked dish, slightly spicy, sour, crisp and refreshing, perfect for rice. If the chili pepper is not added, this dish can relieve muscle pain, remove blood stasis and regenerate, and can be used to treat pain caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers. Green cabbage is mild in nature and sweet in taste; enters the liver and stomach meridians. The nutritional value is almost the same as that of Chinese cabbage, and the content of vitamin C is very rich. Regular consumption can replenish bone marrow, moisten the internal organs, benefit the heart, strengthen the muscles and bones, sharpen the organs, remove qi, clear away heat and relieve pain.
