Custard Grit Bean Paste Buns
Overview
I accidentally saw this bread online and thought it looked very good. I have never made similar bread before, so I don’t know what the ingredients of the grid are? Judging from the pictures on the Internet, it is neither salad dressing nor cheese; but I suddenly thought of it, could it be --- custard sauce? I didn’t have enough high-gluten flour when making bread that day, so I had no choice but to add 100 grams of ordinary flour. When the weather is cold, making bread is even more troublesome. Fermentation is a big problem. It’s already very late when all the fermented bread is baked. Fortunately, I used the right custard sauce. Although the finished product is not as beautiful as the one online, I am generally satisfied. It will definitely be better next time~~~

After taking it out to warm up, put it into the bread machine and knead it for a while. Add the softened butter

After making the round shape, place the seal facing down and flatten slightly into an oval shape

After mixing well, sift the batter into the milk pot

Move to the gas stove and turn on low heat, stirring constantly while heating, until it becomes thick

-
After cooling, put it into a piping bag and set aside
-
Take out the fermented dough and brush the surface with egg yolk liquid
-
Hold a piping bag and squeeze it into a grid

Put it into the middle rack of the preheated oven: 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for about 15 minutes
