  1. Peel the red dates and cut into small pieces

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle the red dates on top, and set aside later

  3. Separate the eggs, put the whites and yolks into a bowl

  4. Add milk, corn oil, and 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk basin, stir well

  5. Sift low-gluten flour into the egg yolk bowl and stir until there are no lumps

  6. Add a few drops of lemon juice into the egg white bowl

  7. Then add the remaining 60 grams of sugar to the egg whites three times and beat

  8. This is the beaten egg white, pour it into the bowl without spilling it

  9. Add one-third of the egg whites into the egg yolk batter and mix evenly

  10. Then pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg whites and mix evenly

  11. Pour the chopped red dates into the cake batter and mix evenly

  12. Pour all the cake batter into the baking pan and shake lightly

  13. Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 170 degrees for 20 minutes

  14. After the cake is out of the oven, take it out and let it cool before cutting it into pieces. You can also add jam filling if you like
