Stir-fried pork liver
Overview
Pork liver is rich in iron and vitamin A. It can nourish the liver and blood and improve eyesight. It is the best choice for anemia patients. For people who often sit in front of the computer and work, eating pork liver in moderation also has certain benefits. However, pig liver contains high cholesterol. Although it is rich in nutrients, it is not advisable to eat too much. Generally, healthy people can eat 100 grams per person once a week. It can be eaten with cholesterol-lowering vegetables such as onions and fungus.
