A turbot fish.

Double-sided flower cutting knife.

Spread some cooking wine and salt.

Place green onions under the fish and ginger slices and green onion segments on top.

After the water in the pot boils, steam it for 8-10 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).

Chop ginger, green onion, red pepper and shallot leaves into thin strips and soak in water.

Steamed fish soup and sliced ginger and green onions are not needed.

Pour light soy sauce or steamed fish with soy sauce and add shredded ginger, green onion and red pepper.

Drizzle with boiling hot oil.
