Remove both ends of the green beans, remove the tendons, break into sections and soak with a small amount of salt

Remove and drain

Chop the garlic and finely chop the millet and pepper

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, millet and pepper and saute until fragrant

Pour in the green beans and fry slowly over low heat until the skin is slightly wrinkled. Pour in the oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add salt to taste
