Add yogurt, white sugar, one or two ounces of sesame oil, yeast, and baking powder to the hot water, stir well and knead the dough (the steps for kneading the dough have been posted before, and the method is the same, so I won’t post the details today)

Pour in the yeast water and mix into a very soft dough! (A pound of flour uses about six ounces of water, and yogurt also counts)

Mix some baking soda and let it rise for a while, then roll it out into a dough as thick as a thumb

Grease the edge of the knife and cut the dough into small cubes, as shown in the picture! (After applying oil, the cut noodles are separated one by one)

Apply oil on your hands, make a hole in the middle of the facial mask, put it in a basin and let it grow for about ten minutes (it must be oiled, otherwise it will grow all together😄)

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add the dough (knead the dough with your hands to make it big, just cross it)

Fry twice until golden brown, remove and control oil
