Stir-fried red cabbage sprouts
Overview
Red cabbage is rich in nutrients and contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, ascorbic acid and other ingredients. It has higher multivitamins than Chinese cabbage and pak choi. It has bright color and crisp texture, making it a good accompaniment to meals.

Prepare the red cabbage sprouts

Wash the red cabbage moss, fold it into segments with your hands, remove the outer skin, and cut the thick rhizome into two halves

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat the pot, pour in peanut oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add the red cabbage sprouts and stir-fry for a few times
