Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms, wash and drain.

Mix salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, soy sauce, water bean powder, sesame oil and water to make juice.

Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water, remove and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan until it is 40% hot, add the ginger slices and bring out the aroma.

Then put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry evenly. Add the sauce and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
