Spread salt, pepper, and thyme evenly onto the chicken legs and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut garlic in half

Tomato paste 30 ml

30ml red wine

200ml chicken broth

Saute the onion and garlic in the pot until fragrant, remove, leaving oil at the bottom of the pot.

Add the marinated chicken legs and fry until the skin is crispy.

Fry until the skin is crispy

Add red wine and cook over high heat to evaporate the alcohol and color it.

In another pot, add the fried onions, garlic, tomato paste, tomatoes, chicken broth, and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the fried chicken legs and continue to simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, until the soup thickens, then remove.
