Overview
My husband’s ancestral home is Hunan, and I also love spicy food. I learned this stir-fried pork dish from my mother-in-law, and it goes very well with rice!

Cut the accessories as shown in the picture and set aside

Pour the fat and lean meat with water to remove the foam and the skin will be easy to cut

Slice as thinly as possible and fry in a pan to release the oil
