Soaked dried bamboo shoots, pickles, and pork belly.

Cut the pork belly into thick pieces; wash and tear the pickles into strips, then cut them into sections; prepare peeled garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan, add more oil to the pickles. Put the pork belly into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, sprinkle some salt to prevent splashing of oil in the pot.

Fry the pork belly until slightly brown and add garlic.

Add pickles and stir-fry.

Add the dried bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

Season with more soy sauce and pepper.

Pour the sauteed ingredients into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cover and simmer for an hour.
