Cheese Bread Cake
Overview
The appearance of the cake and the inside of the bread make me instantly attracted to it. If you don’t have a square baking pan, a round cake mold should work. Half the amount, six inches should be enough. The dough is very simple and the cheese paste is also very simple. When I squeezed the jam, I started to feel frustrated. Homemade blueberry jam, pulp type. The cut of the piping bag is too small and the pulp cannot come out. The thin strip in my imagination turned into a thick strip. However, the pulp can come out, but it is not uniform. When the pulp is squeezed out, a lump will come out suddenly with a little force. The whole process is like a car, gas, brake, gas, brake. . . . Be careful, it doesn't look too bad after all. Entering the oven, I imagined what the final result would be. The result is eye-popping - the dough is like an expanding universe, raising a high dome and making the lines of jam move away from each other. In the end, it looks like scattered stars with no connection with each other. Would it be better to make holes in the dough beforehand? Or is this the inevitable result of a round mold? I really want to cut it open and take a look, but it's not cool enough yet. . . .
