Children's whole grain breakfast----------Sweet potato and taro stew
Overview
The first time I ate this whole-grain dessert was at my child's aunt's house. When I started making it, I thought it was a bit novel. It's very common to boil sweet potato and taro, but I've never tasted adding an orange to it. After it was ready, several children ate it in a bowl and enjoyed it. Everyone said it was sour, sweet, and delicious; it turns out that this is the role of oranges. The sweet sweet potato and fragrant taro are combined with the sourness of oranges and the sweetness of rock sugar. This is probably why children like it.
