Suddenly I wanted to eat tea eggs, so I made them myself. I used to cook it with eggs, but this time I changed the taste and used quail eggs. They are small and delicious~The dried tofu inside is also super delicious~

Wash the quail eggs and dried tofu with water and set aside

Boil the quail eggs in a pot, discard the hot water and replace with cold water.

Crush the quail eggs gently with your hands and put them back into the pot.

Put the dried tofu and all the ingredients in the pot and bring it to a boil again, then turn down the heat and simmer for more than 30 minutes. After turning off the heat, continue to soak the eggs and dried tofu in the pot to let the flavor absorb.
